1 case: The problem of the machine - "high speed flute laminating machine"

The client made an advance payment of 30%, after 35 days the machine was ready for shipment. An inspector arrived and saw that the machine was really ready and working. After the client paid the remaining 70%.

The feeder "spider" has been torn from its mounting location and is hanging on the cardan. It was attached with one bolt to the camera. The photo shows a camera with a broken bolt and a “spider”. The "spider" hangs on the pallet frame. The camera has damage to the optics due to being on the floor for a long time.


The load in the container was not displaced, all the braces were intact, without breaks, therefore the damage was received when loading the machine into the container.

There is NO documentation for the machine - user manual, electrical diagrams, etc.

Jack Wang replied that it was the client's fault, because... his workers could not do this, because they have 19 years of experience and if damaged parts need to be replaced, let the client pay the money.



However, the problems did not end there. After 3 months of operation of the machine, the corrugated roll had corrosion due to

low-quality chrome:

A few months later, the client bought a new shaft from him, which had a poor-quality chrome coating.

Despite the fact that independent experts who deal with chrome plating said that this was a manufacturing defect, Jack Wang meagerly answered that it was their own fault and if you want a new part, pay me money.

Case 2: Problem with the machine - “Hot stamp die cutting machine ”

The client needed a crucible die cutter with hot stamping. Jack Wang sent a DOC file with a description of the machine, in which the photo shows that the crucible press has a die-cutting function. In the shipping documents it was written in the name of the machine that it has a cutting

But in fact, Jack Wang shipped the machine without the die-cutting plate, which was indicated in the file, as well as without the lower supports and without the side handles

When asked why this happened, Jack Wang replied that if you want the crucible to do the cutting, then pay me the money and I will send you the plate

The client urgently needed to resolve this issue in order to fulfill his customer's order.

He (the client) found the following option: Purchase a frame for this machine that would be attached and hold the cutting shape.

Jack Wang wrote that he has the required frame in stock and is ready to ship it after payment. He sent a video showing the frame:

The client paid for the frame, handles and air shipping. Afterwards he asked to send a more detailed video of the frame fastening, because... Jack Wang's video did not explain how to attach the frame to the machine that was ordered.


Jack Wang replied that he currently does not have a machine in the workshop to shoot a video. Then we asked him to mark the attachment points in our photos, to which Jack Wang replied that it was an eight-day weekend in China, which was a lie, because. There were no weekends or holidays at that time, which was confirmed by other companies from China.


Afterwards, we asked our colleagues to call Jack Wang and talk to him in order to clarify all the nuances, but Jack Wang did not give substantive answers, and then completely refused to communicate.
